Cistanche deserticola decoction: warming kidney and strengthening yang
Ingredients: 50g of yam, 20g of cistanche deserticola, 3g of dodder 1 0g, 3g of green onion, 50g of lean mutton, 20g of sheep spine 1 root, 20ml of cooking wine, 0g of onion10g of ginger10g, 3g of fennel, 3g of pepper and star anise.

The practice is to chop the sheep's spine into several sections, wash it with clear water, rinse the mutton thoroughly in a clear water pot, take it out, wash the blood and cut it into fingers.

Cuscuta chinensis, Cistanche deserticola and Dioscorea opposita are packed in gauze bags.

Put mutton and sheep spine into a casserole, add clear water, boil with strong fire, skim the floating objects, add fennel, aniseed, cooking wine, onion and ginger, simmer with slow fire until the meat is rotten, and finally add pepper and salt, stir well and add monosodium glutamate.

Management: daily consumption.

Yam tastes flat and dry, and enters spleen, lung and kidney meridians.

Do not eat yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity, phlegm-dampness and excessive heat, exogenous exterior syndrome, short and red urine, constipation due to stomach heat, and loose stool. Mutton should avoid Pinellia ternata and Acorus calamus, and avoid copper and cinnabar. Not suitable for eating with cheese, buckwheat, bean paste and vinegar.

Yangsheng decoction suggests that this soup can warm kidney and strengthen yang. It can be used for auxiliary conditioning of impotence, nocturnal emission, sexual hypofunction, lumbar muscle strain, frequent micturition and enuresis.
