Pig heart and lung
Bought a pig heart and washed a pig lung.

Connect the throat to the faucet, grab it and drain it, and then pat the appearance of the lungs while draining. When the water can't pour in, turn off the water, put the lung head flat, pat it a few times, let go of your hand and drain the blood from your lungs. Repeat n times until the lungs look white.

Put the washed pig heart and lung into a pot, add appropriate amount of water, wine and ginger, and simmer for 2 hours.
No seasoning
Because I wash myself very clean and don't need to put other seasonings, the heart-lung soup cooked in this way tastes pure.
Drink while it's hot.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and drink while it is hot.
