How to make a tremella pumpkin cup?
Cut off the root of the tremella stew, wash it with peach gum, soak it for a few hours (the longer it takes, the easier it is to stew), and put a few crystal sugar in the rice cooker for 3-4 hours (you can use the reserved rice cooker, just wash the materials and put them in. I put the ingredients in the pot at night and stewed them the next morning. There are no Chinese wolfberry at home, so I put red dates in the stew. Tremella and peach gum are very sticky.

Put the tremella soup in (so leave the bottom deeper when shaving, or there won't be much tremella soup)
Put the lid on.
Steam in a steamer for 30 minutes. (Adjust time according to pumpkin size)
