Vitamin c is afraid of light. When it sees light, it will fail. VE is not only afraid of light, but also of oxygen.
Many cosmetics containing VC/VE can't penetrate into skin because of their large particles, so they can't achieve the effect.
It is best to supplement VC/VE orally. The general synthetic vitamin is fertilizer.
VC can be taken from green vegetables/oranges/strawberries/Michelia peaches.
Foods containing VE include peanuts/sunflower seeds/almonds/wheat germ/vegetable oil, etc.
