Vitamin c tablets can't be eaten casually, and eating too much has side effects. It is recommended to take it under the guidance of a doctor.
1. Taking 2 ~ 3g daily for a long time can cause scurvy after stopping taking the medicine.
2. Taking a large amount of vitamin C for a long time will cause urate, cysteine or oxalate stones.
3. A large number of applications (daily dosage 1g or above) can cause diarrhea, bright skin, headache, frequent urination (daily dosage > 600mg), nausea and vomiting, and stomach cramps.
