Su Dongpo was in the lowest mood when he first arrived in Hainan, but the unique scenery of Hainan still brought him some freshness, especially seeing Hainan's unique coconuts and drinking unique coconut juice. Su Guo, the third son who has been with Su Dongpo, fiddled with the empty shell of coconut milk for a long time, and suddenly remembered an interesting story of his father. When my father was an official in Beijing, he transformed the hat that was popular at that time and made a strange hat with a high hat tube and a short hat brim. Scholar-officials rushed to follow suit and became fashionable for a while, so they were called "children's hats". So Su Guo also made a hat out of coconut shells and put it on his father's head. It's strange, attracting people to watch. Coconut shell carving crafts are natural and simple, with unique artistic style and strong Hainan color. They have a long history. As early as the Tang Dynasty, there were wine glasses made of coconut shells. In the late Tang Dynasty, the poet Lu Guimeng wrote a poem, "The coconut cups were filled with wine to disinfect the fog". In ancient times, it was said that Hainan smelled of boils, and in Lu Guimeng's poem, it was said that wine in coconut cups could calm down. In fact, there are ready-made natural wines everywhere in Hainan, that is coconut milk.
