People with phlegm-dampness constitution should eat more flat and mild foods, such as coix seed, chrysanthemum, onion, white radish, onion, coriander and ginger. And don't eat peas, pumpkins and other foods.

There are many dietotherapy methods to regulate phlegm-dampness constitution.
