Father works in a mine where there is a lot of dust. I didn't know there was another kind of pneumoconiosis. Excuse me, how to prevent in advance, what do you need in your life and diet?
Pneumoconiosis is a lung disease caused by productive dust, referred to as pneumoconiosis. In China, pneumoconiosis is the most important disease endangering the health of workers exposed to dust. Pneumoconiosis can be divided into five categories and twelve kinds according to the etiology: silicosis, silicate lung, carbon pneumoconiosis, mixed pneumoconiosis and metal pneumoconiosis. The incidence of pneumoconiosis is slow, and it usually takes several years to get sick. The clinical manifestations are shortness of breath, chest tightness, chest pain, cough and expectoration. Once you get pneumoconiosis, even if you leave the dust environment, your condition can continue to develop and become more and more serious. Pneumoconiosis seriously affects health and labor ability. At present, there is no effective method to treat pneumoconiosis, but pneumoconiosis can be completely prevented, and workers exposed to dust should pay attention to protection.

Pneumoconiosis is common in the following work: the production process of ceramics and cement; Mining and crushing stones in quarries; Welding, grinding and polishing of hardware, gems and watches; Raw material treatment of fur and textile industry, sawing, planing and grinding of wood in furniture manufacturing industry; Production processes such as crushing and mixing of plastic raw materials. Where dust prevention measures are not perfect, a large amount of dust may escape and pollute the production environment. China has successfully summarized eight experiences in dust prevention, namely: leather (process reform and technological innovation), water (wet operation), density (closed dust source), wind (ventilation and dust removal), protection (personal protection), management (maintenance management), teaching (publicity and education) and inspection (regular inspection and evaluation, summary and regular health examination). For workers, personal protection and health examination should be emphasized. In workplaces where the dust concentration does not meet the hygiene standards, workers exposed to dust should insist on wearing dust masks; Check before employment: 1, active pulmonary tuberculosis; 2. Severe chronic upper respiratory tract and bronchial diseases; 3. Chest diseases that significantly affect lung function; 4. Severe cardiovascular disease. Workers exposed to dust should have an occupational physical examination once a year after employment. So as to detect occupational injuries at an early stage.

It is ok to drink more water.
