Tianshu point: aim at the left, right and three fingers width of navel.

It can regulate lumbago and leg pain, hemiplegia, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral thrombosis and sciatic nerve pain, and has therapeutic effect on gluteal nerve and hypogluteal cutaneous nerve. It can make the muscles of senile gluteal muscular atrophy plump again, make the muscles developed and elastic, and has a good therapeutic effect on lower limb paralysis, hip joint and surrounding soft tissues, subcutaneous sciatic nerve of hip and subcutaneous sciatic nerve.

Huantiao point: lateral flexion of thigh, at the intersection of outer 1/3 and middle 1/3 of the connecting line between the most prominent point of greater trochanter of femur and sacral canal hiatus.

Section 8 Above the knee, above the knee

This section can regulate leg pain, numbness, rheumatic swelling and pain, paralysis of upper and lower limbs, stomachache, breast carbuncle, crooked mouth and evil eyes, and has good curative effect on calf nerve, femoral anterior cutaneous nerve and lateral cutaneous nerve, lateral arteriovenous branch of vascular bone and lateral descending branch of circumflex bone.

Futu point: on the front side of thigh, when the anterior superior iliac spine is connected with the lateral end of patella, it is 6 inches above ilium.

Yin valley point: located on the inner thigh of human body, about 5 cm above the inner knee joint.

Xue Hai point: on the inner thigh, 2 inches above the medial end of patellar base, it is the bulge of the medial head of quadriceps femoris; Bend your knees and score.

Nose point of calf: bend your knees, in the lateral depression of knee, patella and patella ligament.

Zusanli: located under the lateral four fingers of the knee, between the fibula and tibia, measured from the side of tibia 1.

Yanglingquan: when the outside of the calf and the lower front of the fibula head are depressed.

Section 10 slaps the inside of the knee.

Knees slightly bent, pat the inner plane of knees and Yinling Spring at the lower leg with the palm of your hand, and squat with your legs for 36 times.

There are acupoints such as Yinlingquan, Ququan, Yingu, Xue Hai and the inner eye of the knee, which have good curative effects on knee pain, soft tissue around the knee joint, hernia, impotence, nocturnal emission, prostatitis, astringent pain in urine, irregular menstruation, urticaria, neurodermatitis, inner thigh pain, abdominal pain and diarrhea.

Yinlingquan: It is located in the inner leg of human body, in the depression of the inner tibia below the knee, opposite to Zusanli.

Ququan: the medial part of the knee joint, the lateral end of the flexion of the medial knee joint, when the posterior edge of the medial upper ankle of the femur and the anterior edge of the semitendinosus and semimembranous muscle are depressed.

Yin valley: the inside of popliteal fossa, between semitendinosus tendon and semitendinosus tendon when bending the knee.

Knee inner eye: the medial depression of patellar ligament.

Stand up with your feet apart, shoulder width apart. Put your arms in front of and behind your body. Frontal pat Dantian point of lower abdomen under umbilicus, back pat Bajiaoguan point under waist and yang. The left hand slaps the abdomen first, and the right hand slaps eight acupoints, then alternately slaps, and the body rotates accordingly. When slapping, the legs squat and stand. The left-right alternating slap is a slap of 36 times.

There are Yao Qi, Shu Yao, Yangguan, Yinjiao, Qihai, Shimen, Guanyuan, Zhongji, air pocket and Dahe points, which have magical effects on waist swelling and edema, dysuria, gynecological diseases, irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, leucorrhea, pelvic inflammatory disease, periumbilical pain, hernia, impotence, urinary incontinence, urinary retention and diarrhea.

Dantian point: lower abdomen, anterior midline, 3 inches below umbilicus. Draw a line from the navel to the top of the pubic bone, divide the line into five equal parts, and three-fifths from the navel is this point.

Eight points: there are a pair of upper, middle and lower points, so it is called "eight points", which are located in the first, second, third and fourth posterior sacral holes respectively.

Section 12 Patting shoulders and hips

Stand up straight, swing your arm with one hand on your shoulder, the other hand on your back, and clap your hands alternately. When flapping, lean back and stretch your arms as far as possible. When hitting the shoulder, the palm hits the shoulder as much as possible, and when hitting the hip, the back of the hand hits the big buttocks on both sides of Bajue point as much as possible, and at the same time, squats with both legs to stand. There are Shoulder Well, Giant Bone, Shoulder Metaphyseal, Yunmen, Zhongfu and Shu Yao points. Slap left and right alternately. * * * Tap 36 times.

This section has a good effect on cervical vertebra, numbness, lumbosacral pain, hemorrhoids, lower limb pain, sciatic nerve, gluteal nerve, femoral head necrosis, ischemia, nerve paralysis and so on. Most patients with heart disease have scapulohumeral periarthritis, so patting the shoulder to adjust the heart accordingly can alleviate cervical hyperosteogeny and cervical nerve gray matter.
