Practice of invigorating qi and nourishing blood porridge
Tools/Materials: 40g of black rice, 30g of oats, 30g of red dates, 30g of glutinous rice, 40g of red peanuts and 40g of brown sugar.

0 1 black rice, oats, red dates, glutinous rice and red-skinned peanuts are ready.

Put it on a plate and wash it with clear water.

Add water to the pot, and the ratio of ingredients to water is 1- 10.

Cover the pot and turn the heat down.

After stewing for 40 minutes, open the lid and add brown sugar.
