Junior college students refer to those who have signed a contract with their work units before going to school and will go to work after graduation. The index of going to school also accounts for the index of directional training for work units by enrollment units, which will lead to a certain decline in the scores of enrollment units. The important difference between directed students and non-directed students is that non-directed students find jobs by themselves after graduation, and it is a two-way choice with any work unit.

Pre-college students: Pre-college classes refer to students who have been admitted to pre-college from junior high school and senior high school. They make up for the connection between the one-year high school curriculum and the freshman curriculum in colleges and universities. In the second year, he transferred to the formal curriculum of colleges and universities. Preparatory classes are generally not registered as formal students. After one year's study in the preparatory class, those who pass the exam in the second year will be officially transferred to this (specialized) department, and those who fail will be treated as dropping out of school. Candidates transferred to formal undergraduate or junior college shall calculate the admission time from the date of becoming a full member. Students in pre-university classes generally have the following categories:

(1) Students who enter the juvenile class of the university in an exceptional way. These students are under 15 years old. Their elementary school, junior high school and senior high school courses are all advanced through self-study, and the continuity of knowledge learning is poor, and some are not solid. It needs to be consolidated in the preparatory class to lay a good foundation for freshmen.

(2) High-level athletes. High-level athletes recruited by colleges and universities have outstanding sports achievements, but their cultural achievements are controlled within 200 points below the local undergraduate admission score. Candidates with development potential and training prospects, with a cultural score of more than 300 points, can be admitted to the preparatory class. Students in the preparatory class can't take part in the university sports meeting held by the state during their study in the preparatory class.

(3) Excellent students, student cadres and special students directly recruited by colleges and universities in Grade Two. They passed the exam and entered the college preparatory class.

(4) The enrollment of preparatory classes in ethnic colleges can be 80 points lower, and the first-choice minority candidates can be admitted.

In addition, there are many different forms of preparatory classes in colleges and universities.
