What are the nutritious breakfasts?
Chestnut and red jujube porridge

Raw materials: half glutinous rice and rice, more than 0/0 cooked chestnuts and 0/0 red dates.

Exercise:

1. Wash glutinous rice and rice, soak them in clear water in advance, then put them into the pot with appropriate amount of clear water, add red dates and cook for about 30 minutes with low heat, and stir in the middle to prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the pot.

2. Cut the cooked chestnuts into small pieces.

Potato pancake

Ingredients: potatoes, onions, eggs, salt, oil.

Exercise:

1, peeled and shredded two large potatoes and chopped onions.
