Barbie steamed bread originated from Nanjing Road, Huangpu District, Shanghai. Its predecessor was "Master Liu Dabao", and in February 2003, "Master Liu Dabao" was officially renamed as "Bobby Steamed Bread Monopoly". In August, 2003, its founder, Liu Huiping, applied to the State Trademark Office for registration of the trademark Barbie. Now mainly engaged in the production and sales of Chinese food.
