According to legend, in 4600 BC, Peng Zu and his two sons, Wu Peng and Peng Yi, lived in seclusion between the famous mountains and clear waters in Fujian, under the Man Ting Peak, and the oxen drank waterfalls and lived in seclusion. According to Records of Wuyishan, Wu Peng and Peng Yi lived together all their lives. When the spring breeze blows, they can call their parents. When the spring breeze blows twice, they can stand. Peng Zu made three pieces of his own spring tea for them to drink, so that he could run underground. Inferred from all aspects, they are a pair of chess brothers, the ancestors of Fujian Peng. Later generations named this mountain Wuyishan, which is still in use today. According to legend, when Peng Zu lived in seclusion in Wuyishan, he taught people to reclaim wasteland, grow grain, cotton, flowers, fruits and tea, and dig wells to get water. It is said that the tea he planted was delicious and attracted seven immortals-Zhong Liquan, Lu, Cao Guojiu, He Xiangu, Li Tie Strange, Han Xiangzi and Lan. They agreed to give him a life span of 880 years. Wuyi Mountain Range in Fujian, adjacent to Jiangxi Province, with Huanggang Mountain as the main peak and an altitude of 2 158 meters, is the first peak in Fujian Province. The remains of Peng Zu and his son still exist today, including tombs and stone tablets, among which the names of Wu Peng and Peng Yi can be seen on a stone tablet preserved in Wuyishan Palace. Now Wuyishan has become a national tourist attraction.
The legend of Wuyi Army originated from Wuyi Mountain. Zhu wrote "Preface to Wuyi Map" for Taoist Gao Wen, saying: "Wuyi's masterpiece was in the Han Dynasty. Sacrifice dried fish, I don't know what fruit it is. Today, more than 20 miles south of Chong 'an County in Jianning County, there is a mountain called Wuyishan, which is said to be the residence of God. The mountains are stacked, beautiful and magnificent, and the Qingxi nine songs flow out. There are cliffs on both sides, and there are no people anywhere. There are often dead trees between the stone cribs, which belong to ships and coffins. The remains in the coffin and the pottery outside are not bad. The road in the past life was blocked, which is quite doubtful. When the Sichuan branch was undecided, it fell to the place where it lived, and Han Chong was its king. Guy is also a recluse. He was born obedient to the public, but he was passed down as a fairy. The highest peak of this mountain is still called "King". There is a hill at its top. How does its monarch live?
