I'll try. There are four kinds of qi in human body: primordial qi, ancestral qi, nourishing qi and defending qi. We often say that Qi in Qi and Blood is Qi Ying and Stephy. These are two kinds of qi that we practice in Qigong. These two gases are homologous, but they are different. Walking in the meridian is called Qi Ying, and walking outside the meridian is called Stephy coordination.
As for being unlucky, it's simple. I'm too weak. Now the gas in your body is like a baby, and your heart is like an adult's hand. Now, as an adult, you push your baby with your hand and say, run. If you push again, you can't run. Only when it grows up can it run, and then it can be taught how to run.
Don't worry about the complexity of meridians, just practice standing piles without thinking. After qi and blood are activated, they will flow along the meridian by themselves. You just need to pay attention to how it flows. You will know in a few days. This can be said to be two stages of Qigong. The former is called "gas comes first" or "heart goes with gas", that is to say, where the gas goes, the heart follows; The latter is called "guiding the spirit with your heart" or "following the spirit", which means that the spirit is also powerful. You can use your mind to direct the spirit to go where your mind goes.
As for what it's like to be angry in Dantian, I can't say. For example, a person who has never eaten pears asks: What is the taste of pears? It's no use talking too much. Let him have a bite. Similarly, you only need to practice standing piles, and you will know when Dantian is angry. There is an external performance for reference. The abdomen can withstand heavy blows. Usually, people's abdomen is very weak and can't stand the blow, but after Dantian became angry, people's ability to fight and fight was greatly improved in this branch. Your personal feeling is that there is a hot air mass in your abdomen, which is as elastic as an inflated balloon.
By the way, I also recommend several standing piles: "Ma bu" standing piles (if you can stand higher in practice, you will stand higher), round piles, three-round piles and Wudang natural qigong. These are all convenient for self-study, and so on. You can practice meditation, such as Mindy breathing and so on.
