Shuangyu Island

Located in Zhangzhou China Merchants Economic and Technological Development Zone, it is the first commercial sea project approved by the State Council. The project is a circle surrounded by Pisces, with a radius of 840 meters and a planned area of 22 1.67 hectares, of which the land area formed by reclamation is 182.30 hectares and the coastline is1/0.7 kilometers. Shuangyu Island is invested and developed by China Merchants Zhangzhou Development Zone Co., Ltd., with a total investment of about 3.5 billion yuan in island-building projects and municipal facilities. On February 20 10, the construction of the Pisces Island project officially started. It is estimated that by 2024, Pisces Island will be fully developed.

The positioning of Pisces Island is an international high-end leisure and holiday destination with the theme of "Fashion, Life-Happiness and Health", which highlights the characteristics of ocean and hydrophilicity.

General plan

Pisces Island is divided into East Island, West Island and Central Island. The overall planning layout is "high in the west and low in the east, moving in the west and quiet in the east". West Island is mainly for business and entertainment, with the planning and distribution of theme parks, yacht clubs and other projects. Dongdao is mainly for leisure and health, with the planning and layout of holiday hotels, health institutions, blue sea and silver beaches, seascape villas, garden houses and other projects. Waterfront businesses are distributed on both sides of the inner bay, organically connecting the east and west islands.

Sea-watching landscape trail

Pisces Island Seascape Trail is located on the outer side of East Island, built on the outer revetment, with a total length of 2,500 meters. On the whole, with the overall style of "the countryside in the city" and the design concept of returning to nature, by using plant colors, quaint materials and exquisite craftsmanship, the green and golden tone is highlighted to create an ecological sea-watching corridor with low-key simplicity, remarkable plant landscape characteristics and leisure and fitness functions. There are two important nodes in the sea-watching landscape trail, namely "the bright moon on the sea" at the northern end and "Cape Park" at the southern end. The design concept of these two parks comes from the famous poem "The sea rises and the moon rises, and at this time the horizon is * * *", creating a quiet and beautiful artistic conception.

Bi hai yin tan

Bihai Yintan is located in the northeast of Pisces Island, covering an area of about 80,000 square meters. It consists of infinite seawater swimming pool, beach and piano leisure bar. The infinite seawater swimming pool consists of two highland swimming pools and one lowland swimming pool. The boundless seawater swimming pool mainly uses the tidal change of seawater to create the visual effect that the water extends to the horizon infinitely, and to maximize the hydrophilic experience. The seawater in the boundless seawater swimming pool is treated by membrane technology, and the seawater is crystal clear, allowing tourists to wander among them and enjoy the purity of their hearts.

The beach is located in the middle of the endless seawater swimming pool, facing the sea and connected with the open sea. With boundless seascape, bright sunshine and soft beaches, it presents the most comfortable holiday life for tourists. Piano leisure bar is a major feature of Blue Sea and Silver Beach. Its shape design is piano modeling, with "music" as the theme and "staff" as the landscape modeling, creating a dynamic and happy holiday atmosphere as a whole.
