How to calculate the strength measured by the rebound instrument?
According to the specification requirements, each component should take at least 10 measuring areas (except that the detection surface is not more than 4.5m in one direction and not more than 0.3m in the other direction, 5 measuring areas can be taken). There should be 16 points in each survey area, and the average rebound value should be calculated by removing three maximum values and three minimum values. Calculate each measurement area in turn. After calculating the average springback value of each measuring area, if the non-horizontal direction or non-pouring side of the test surface or both are used, the springback value should be corrected at that angle or pouring surface. If both are used, the angle should be corrected first, and then the corrected springback value should be corrected on the pouring surface. According to the revised average rebound value and average carbonation depth, the concrete strength conversion table in the survey area is checked. When the measured area is not less than 10, the average value and standard deviation shall be calculated. Determine the estimated value of concrete according to the specification requirements.
