(1) Pat the left armpit, lift the left arm, pat the left armpit with the palm of your right hand for about 36 times, then pat the left rib, and repeatedly pat the left auxiliary from top to bottom. When slapping an assistant in the face, the thief slaps the side crotch first, and then slaps it under the armpit, usually 2 ~ 3 times;

(2) Pat your right armpit and right abdomen with your left hand, as in the first step. Patients with heart, lung and breast should especially take more pictures here.

(6) Chest and abdomen beating routine

(1) Flap both sides of the chest and abdomen with both hands at the same time, from both clavicles to both thigh roots, repeatedly in sequence or up and down, usually 5-8 times;

(2) Slap the central part of the chest, that is, Ren pulse (pat is appropriate), from the tiantu point under the neck to the Qugu point under the abdomen, which can be repeatedly slapped up and down, usually 5-8 times.

(7) Shoulder and upper arm slapping routine

(1) Pat around the left shoulder with the palm of your right hand, and then pat the inside of the left arm along the left shoulder, forearm, upper arm, elbow, wrist and palm;

(2) Continue from the first step, flip the arm and beat the outside of the left arm, that is, from the back of the hand, the outside of the wrist, the outside of the forearm, the outside of the upper arm, the outside of the elbow and back to the shoulder. The arm usually beats back and forth 2 to 3 times;

(3) Pat the left palm around the right shoulder, and then pat the right arm conveniently. The method is as above.

(8) Tail vertebrae and lumbosacral slapping routine

(1) Beat the coccyx repeatedly with both hands and palms in turn, usually about 36 times;

(2) Flap the lumbosacral region (i.e., the Eight Claw Point) with the palms of both hands in turn, generally about 36 times.

(9) Hip and leg flapping action

(1) Flap the back of the hip repeatedly with the palms of both hands or palms in turn, usually about 36 times;

(2) Flap both sides of hip and the outside of leg with both hands, starting from Huantiao point, along hip, outside of leg (including Shi Feng point and Yanglingquan point), and from knee to ankle;

(3) Pat the inside of the leg, and the foot is slightly turned outwards into an external figure-eight, which is convenient for slapping. Then, in the second step above, from the ankle, pat along the inside of the leg (including Sanyinjiao point and Yinlingquan point) and the inside of the knee (including Xue Hai point), and pat back the thigh root;

(4) Pat the front (side) of the leg, at this time, the outside of the foot is turned backwards, and then the third step above is from the thigh root to the foot surface, including the moustache and the front of the knee;

(5) Pat the back (side) of the leg, and then pat the hip back from the heel according to the fourth step above, including Chengshan point, Weizhong point, Weiyang point and Chengfu point. In short, you should pat the outside and inside of the leg, the front, back and inside of the leg, and the middle of the outside and inside of the leg. Generally, you should pat the leg back and forth for 2 ~ 3 times. Kicking is to hit the Yang meridian first and then the Yin meridian, that is, to hit the outside of the leg first and then the inside of the leg.
