Five hearts facing the sky is a posture of Taoist practice. Including two palms, two feet and the top of the head, * * * is called five hearts. According to tradition, the meditation posture with five hearts upward is five hearts facing the sky. It is said that this posture is conducive to the smooth flow of meridians and stable thinking, which is what everyone calls a double-disk seat.
Five hearts
1, the five hearts of Taoism refer to five hearts: happiness, sadness, wisdom, kindness and treasure.
2. Happiness is happiness, without worry.
Compassion means being kind to everything and caring for others.
4. Wisdom means having knowledge and understanding.
Being grateful means thanking God, parents and all those who have helped you.
6. Baoxin refers to a heart filled with good memories and happy past events.
Generally speaking, the feet, palms and foreheads are models of fire. The sole of the foot is called Yongquan, and the middle of the hand is called Laogong point. Both of them are golden mouths. There is fire and water here. When fire and water are in ji ji, go up with gold. Therefore, all meridians must eventually reach hands and feet, as well as the brain. Without these places, there would be no cycle. There is fire and electricity in these places. There are people who rub their hands and feet in health care, so when the fire is mobilized, it will flourish and speed up the cycle.
