First, the daily car.

1. Battery charging

Usually, slow charging is the first choice for charging, supplemented by fast charging: fast charging is like fast food. Eating a few meals usually does not affect health, but relatively speaking, it is still slow to charge for health. Give priority to slow charging when you are not in a hurry every day, and fast charging is only reserved for emergency use;

Each shallow charge and discharge:

Don't let the battery be too full or hungry. Generally, the daily commuter car will maintain 30%-80% power, and the low power will be replenished in time, which will cause less loss to the battery;

Pay attention to the temperature change:

For friends in the north, charging the battery in time when it is still warm in winter can improve the charging efficiency. Low temperature affects battery life.

2. Vehicle driving

When passing through roads with potholes and deep water, you should slow down or detour to avoid damage to the power battery installed on the chassis, or short circuit and leakage of the battery due to water inflow;

Avoid violent driving. Driving an electric car should start slowly and accelerate quickly to prevent the battery from overheating due to instantaneous large current and accelerate the battery life decay. Turn sharply and slam on the brakes, then leave it to the track.

3. Vehicle parking

Avoid parking the vehicle in extreme temperature environment for a long time. Of course, if you want to find a reason to change your car quickly, you can try to park your car at a temperature above 60℃/below -30℃ for a long time. After a period of time, you will probably find that ... the battery is not very good;

If you want to stop for a long time, remember to reserve about 50%-70% of the power, so as to avoid being too low to start when you are in a hurry, and you can only stare.

Second, the car maintenance skills

The daily maintenance of electric vehicles is divided into daily maintenance, primary maintenance and secondary maintenance.

The following is the vehicle maintenance in different driving cycles:

A. When the driving cycle reaches 5000km or 6 months for the first time, it is recommended to carry out primary maintenance;

B. Perform primary maintenance every 10000 km or 1 year;

C. Conduct appearance inspection and air tightness inspection every 80,000 km or 5 years, until reaching the design life of the product.

Common items of various daily maintenance:

1. Daily maintenance: Do it yourself and have plenty of food and clothing.

Daily maintenance can be done by yourself, as long as you do some simple safety inspection and cleaning. The maintenance objects are mainly common core components such as instruments, signal indicating devices, drive motor systems, battery compartments, etc. Xiaobai has no pressure.

2. Primary/secondary maintenance: Leave professional affairs to professional people.

The first-level maintenance is mainly based on cooling system, appearance inspection and software diagnosis; Secondary maintenance mainly includes air tightness inspection, nondestructive testing and capacity test. These two kinds of maintenance are like sending a car to a physical examination to keep the car in the best condition, but they are more professional and belong to the maintenance category of 4S shop or authorized service network of three power manufacturers.

Key maintenance project

A. Chassis detection

The motors and batteries of new energy vehicles are distributed on the chassis, so the health of the chassis greatly affects whether the vehicle can run normally. Remember to check the chassis regularly for water leakage, bumping and line aging.

B. Change the coolant regularly.

The service objects of coolant are batteries and motors, which can keep them at normal working temperature. Coolant should be replaced regularly, and the liquid level should be kept between the upper limit and the lower limit, otherwise the heat can not be released in time, which may lead to safety hazards. Radish and vegetables have their own tastes. The coolant for new energy vehicles requires very low conductivity, which is different from that for fuel vehicles, and the replacement of coolant should be carried out in strict accordance with the cycle specified by the manufacturer (usually 2 years or 40,000 kilometers), and non-professionals should not forcibly fill it.

C. System check

After-sales personnel will use professional diagnostic equipment to check whether there is a fault in the high-voltage system and read data streams (battery module temperature, battery temperature difference, battery pressure difference, total battery voltage, insulation resistance of the high-voltage system, etc.). ) to analyze the health status of the vehicle and judge whether the software is the latest version.

Generally speaking, due to the different vehicle structure, the maintenance of electric vehicles is actually much easier and cheaper than that of fuel vehicles. Statistics show that the maintenance cost of electric vehicles is about 40% lower than that of fuel vehicles.
