Raw materials: rice100g, pork liver150g, peanut oil 30g, salt 7g, chopped green onion10g, Jiang Mo 4g, cooking wine10g, starch10g and water 600g.
Exercise:
1. Taomi; Wash the pork liver, cut it into rectangular slices with a thickness of about 0.3 cm, put it in a bowl, add starch, chopped green onion, Jiang Mo, cooking wine and a little salt, mix well, pickle and size.
2. Put oil in the pot and heat it to 50% to 60%. Break up the pork liver slices and cut them with chopsticks for about 1 min until the pork liver is half cooked. Remove and control the oil.
3. Boil the water in the pot, pour in the rice, and simmer for about 30 minutes. After the rice rises, add pork liver slices, continue to cook on low heat 10-20 minutes, and add monosodium glutamate and salt.
Tips: This porridge is rich in iron, and it is also a good source of iron supplementation for pregnant women. Pregnant women often eat it to prevent iron deficiency anemia.
Jujube blood-enriching and beauty-nourishing porridge
Ingredients: red dates, red beans, black rice, peanuts, rice and brown sugar.
Exercise:
1. Wash red beans, black rice, rice and peanuts and soak them in water for 40 minutes in advance. Wash the red dates for later use.

Ingredients: pumpkin 50-100g, yam 50-100g, broth1000ml, rice 200g.
Exercise:
1. Peel the pumpkin and steam it in a steamer until it is 80% ripe. Cool and cut into small pieces for later use. Peel and wash yam, cut into small pieces and soak in water for later use.
2. Cook soup with chicken skeleton and add a few slices of ginger for 30-40 minutes.
3. Take rice and add 500-600ml broth to stew. After boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
