Through the combination of membership-based apartment for the aged and property-based parent-child care products, this project relies on all supporting facilities to realize the life concept of parents and children living under the same roof for two generations and build a community suitable for all ages in it runs in the family.

Second, the new model of rural social mutual pension

"Village-level trusteeship" means that the village committee uses collective funds, idle real estate or rents out idle real estate facilities of farmers, and the village collective bears daily operating expenses such as water, electricity and heating according to its capacity.
