An overview of the eight records of respecting the sound
All nineteen volumes. Playwright Gao Lian was born in Qiantang (now Hangzhou, Zhejiang). He is the author of poems such as Ya Shang Zhai, Yu Han and Xiao Jie. It is said that he suffered from eye diseases and other diseases when he was young, and finally recovered because he searched for the secret recipe of strange medicine in many ways, so he read widely, recorded it and integrated it into this book. The preface written in the 19th year of Wanli (159 1 year) is attached to the book. From eight aspects (namely, eight records), the book tells the ways to prevent diseases and achieve longevity through self-cultivation. These eight kinds of notes are notes on the Qing Dynasty, notes on the tone of four seasons, notes on life comfort, notes on prolonging life and treating diseases, notes on drinking and eating, notes on Yan Xianqing's appreciation, notes on Lingyao, and notes on external dust. Among them, the Diet Notes are from 1 1 to 13, including 3,253 kinds of dietary prescriptions and 5 kinds of monographs. In addition, 96 species of wild bream in volumes 1 1 to 13 and 12 have been published under the names of "diet notes" and "wild bream products" respectively. "Eight Records of Respect for Life" Volume 19 [passbook]

Written by Gao Lian in Ming Dynasty. Lian is a deep father and a native of Qiantang. His book is divided into eight parts. Volume I and Volume II, saying "Qing Miao Xiu talks about swords", are both fitness maxims, and their aims are mostly from the second hour. Three to six volumes, four o'clock, are tips for timely cultivation. Volumes 7 and 8, notes about happiness in life, are all treasures that can be used to support themselves. Volumes 9 and 10, Yue Yan's notes on treating diseases, all convincingly guide various technologies. 1 1 to 13 refer to diet notes, all of which are food names with bait attached. 14- 16: Notes on Yan's leisure, all for enjoyment, with the method of planting flowers attached. Volumes 17 and 18 refer to Jian Yao, all of which are experienced prescriptions. Volume 19, "Looking for notes outside the dust", tells the story of a hundred people who lived in seclusion in previous dynasties. It is included in this book, which is designed for leisure and entertainment. The title and category of the book also involve fiber, and there is no essay for next season, so Chen Jiru and Li Yu originated. Another example is Song Shujia, who thought that Yuan people; Lu Jiang is a typical official. He is too conservative and thinks he is a hermit. He also makes many mistakes.
