Thirdly, Mixed Yuan Tai Chi restored the essence of classical Tai Ji Chuan's practice.
It is unknown what kind of training method classical Tai Ji Chuan is, but it is not without evidence. Tai Ji Chuan's predecessors have left us so many acrobatic experiences-The Spectrum of Tai Ji Chuan (⑧ ⑨), from which we can get a glimpse. It can also be used as a criterion to test whether Tai Ji Chuan has really restored Tai Ji Chuan's original practice.
Wang Zongyue said: "Tai Chi practitioners are born without promises". From the very beginning, Mixed Yuan Taiji emphasized that "practicing boxing must start from infinity, and the opening and closing of Yin and Yang should be serious". Therefore, whether standing on piles or boxing, first of all, it is emphasized that Taiji was born from infinity. The "infinity" of the heap means that there is nothing in the mind, and then a little Linxi is born from the abdomen and mixed with Yuan. The "infinity" of boxing refers to the "infinity" of boxing, when the spirit is motionless, the intention is not in boxing, but in emptiness, emptiness and nothingness, there is no boxing. Therefore, Shi Feng emphasized that every time you punch for the first time, you can't have the consciousness of boxing, which is the "infinity" of boxing. Is this different from what Wang Zongyue's predecessors did? Another example is: "Although there are endless changes, the truth is the same." Shi Feng not only changed his boxing frame many times, but also adopted different boxing disassembly tactics according to people, place, time, situation and tactics, which is the secret of "mixed Yuan Tai Chi". Shi Feng often said: those who learn boxing are similar in shape and similar in spirit, and the similarity in spirit is the top and the similarity in shape is the bottom. Each boxing frame can split many moves, and each move can split many hands. When will you learn so many changes? The key is "diversity, but consistency". This view is precisely the essence of Zong Yue's predecessors. In my opinion, this is Tai Ji Chuan's principle, that is, to practice boxing, you need Ming Dow, Fa and Shu. Tao is reason, law is Tao, and art is art. If you are rational, correct and skilled, you can quickly master the essence of mixed Tai Chi. Of course, the premise is to have a "Ming" teacher to point out. Shi Feng often said: Tai Ji Chuan didn't box at the end of his training, and his whole body moved too much. Boxing is invisible, pushing hands is weak, and there is no move in Sanshou. See the separation of hands.
For another example, Wang Zongyue's predecessors did not advocate "overstepping one's authority" and "overstepping one's authority", and Shi Feng emphasized this point very strictly. When boxing, the knees should not be above the toes, the crotch should not be below the knees, the mind should not be too strong when standing on the pile, and the pusher should not be hard. In short, the word "shun" is emphasized, and it is absurd to be disobedient. Only in this way can we truly grasp the essence of Taijiquan acrobatics of our predecessors and inherit the original acrobatics of Taijiquan, instead of copying it mechanically and eating it alive. I heard a story about an old teacher named Tai Ji Chuan who practiced boxing with a bowl of water on his head under the square table, thus gaining good kung fu. No matter whether it is recorded in Zheng and unofficial history, it can also be used as a laughing stock from the actual investigation-how many square tables does it take to spell a boxing hall? Secondly, compared with acrobats who drill circles, they still touch circles. If they exercise under so many square tables, won't they meet? If we focus on the head, wouldn't it violate the requirement of Tai Chi Chuan for introversion? Therefore, this legend can only be seen in martial arts novels, and those who learn boxing should not be fooled.
Fourthly, "Mixed Yuan Tai Chi" maintains the fighting spirit of China Wushu;
"Mixed Yuan Tai Chi" is both a martial art and a Taoist skill, while the ancient children retain the soul of China's martial arts, that is, martial arts. It is true that the era of cold weapons is gone forever, and Wushu is more of a function of health preservation, fitness and artistic appreciation. However, the role of Wushu in fighting and attacking can't be lost, otherwise Wushu will become gymnastics, and it will have no vitality. Moreover, the present society is not so calm, and evil phenomena are still emerging one after another. If evil continues to exist, fighting has the value of existence. Every time Shi Feng sees the news that some policemen or armed police soldiers are injured or killed in the fight against evil, he always expresses some regrets, saying, "If they practice martial arts, they won't lose so much, at least their reaction speed will help him get out of danger." The feeling of regret is beyond words. I have been practicing boxing with Shi Feng for fifteen years, and I really feel that "Mixed Yuan Taiji" has never left the soul of martial arts attack and defense. Shi Feng is also famous for his high respect and superb martial arts skills. His martial arts and martial arts are very high, which can be regarded as a model. So it can be called a generation of masters.
Mixed Yuan Tai Chi pays great attention to the level of kung fu in technical attack. As the foundation, its internal strength is composed of four levels: refining qi, refining spirit, returning to deficiency and combining with deficiency. Boxing pays attention to the method of three sections, four images, five elements and six directions, and pursues it from four levels: up and down, inside and outside. In terms of strength, it pursues four levels: light power, dark power, transformation power and virtual spirit power. The combination of boxing and kung fu is a kind of training method, which has four levels: divided training, combined training, mixed training and impossible training. For example, you can practice chicken legs first, because chicken legs are the foundation of your life, so all boxers don't pay attention to chicken legs. The ups and downs of the body, the advance and retreat of the steps, all depend on the chicken legs. Practicing chicken legs often can avoid double diseases. As the saying goes: step by step, never leave the chicken leg, and step by step, never leave the eagle to grasp the handle. Then you can practice the dragon body, so that the inside and outside are harmonious and the meridians are unobstructed. Dragons have the ability to crouch, breathe and breathe, and the spirit of change. If the internal strength and meridians are unobstructed, the change will be as light as a feather, and the male will bow down like a mountain, and the change will be hidden inside and agile outside. After that, you can practice bear arms and tiger heads, so that the whole body is a family and mixed together. It takes three steps to practice bear's paw, but it's no use trying again. "Boxing Classics" said: "The upper section is unknown, there is no support or faction, the middle section is unknown, the whole body is empty, and the lower section is unknown, which has a tendency to fall." At the same time, the three sections are connected with the three methods of light, dark and chemical, so the practice of bear list can be light and light. Holding a tiger's head is a higher level of practice, which is to cultivate gods. The art of attacking skills is to break the law: breaking the trick, breaking the potential, breaking the gas and breaking the spirit. Practicing the tiger shape often can make you full of energy. The right way is to gradually embody the practice of three sections and four images on the boxing frame. Generally, authors practice one form of boxing at a time, and then combine and mix it after practice, such as eagle-bear joint training, bear-tiger joint training, chicken-dragon joint training, dragon-bear joint training and so on. , the effect is the best. However, no matter how you practice internal skills, boxing, strength and boxing, you can't do without the word "mixed element", which can also be called spiral winding mixed element. All methods should be integrated into the spiral winding mixed element cycle. It can be said that the spiral wound mixed element circle is the essence of mixed element Tai Ji Chuan. Mixed element rings can be divided into two types: outer spiral and inner wound wire. The shaft rotation of the limb is taken as the inner winding, and the shaft rotation outside the body is taken as the outer spiral. External spiral and internal winding are the internal gas dominance of a mixed element in dantian. Therefore, Taiji Chuan, mixed element, emphasizes the cultivation of abdominal mixed element vitality.
In Tai Ji Chuan, Master Feng is famous for pushing hands. But he pays more attention to cultivating the vitality of a grain mixed in the abdomen. Practice is not only practice, but also practice and practice, so practice and practice are different. It is necessary to nourish essence, qi, blood, spirit, bones and marrow, and cultivate monasticism, Xiu De, nature and life. He often said, "If you don't know how to raise your fist, you won't be able to do it for long."
In order to keep Tai Ji Chuan's fighting spirit, Shi Feng always followed the way of Tai Chi and taught students in accordance with their aptitude. For example, when Shi Feng punches me, he always explains the falling, hitting, falling, taking and melting of every move, and his hand is always just right. I remember once (about 90 years) in the Temple of Heaven Park, he taught me how to lean on the side shoulder of a white crane with bright wings, but I could never do it well. Then I tried to dismantle my hand. At that time, I took a picture of his face as a hammer, and suddenly I felt my arm numb, so I flew out and fell flat on my back, but I got up fine. The other disciples who were present at that time were: Lu Baochun, Tang and so on. I asked them how they got out this time, and they said they didn't see it clearly at all, just saw the teacher move. It can be seen how profound Shi Feng's mixed Yuan Tai Chi Kung Fu is. Limited to space, this will not be described.
Five, the "mixed yuan Tai Chi" has established a scientific training system:
Anyone who has practiced mixed yuan Tai Ji Chuan has an experience: The more you practice, the more you want to practice, the more you love to practice, the more you practice, the more you will practice, and the more you practice. Why is this? In fact, the reason is very simple, because this is a scientific practice system. First, there are scientific practice methods step by step; Second, there is a profound accumulation of national traditional culture; Thirdly, it keeps the essence of China Wushu. Fourth, it enables practitioners to really cultivate their body and mind, rather than deceiving themselves; Fifth, in the system, there are many interesting training methods and projects, so that practitioners can practice tirelessly, observe tirelessly, and realize endlessly. I know very well that my memory has been greatly improved since I practiced Tai Ji Chuan. On the other hand, the level of theory and attack and defense has also reached a higher level. Many of my students have cured their diseases, recovered their health, strengthened their physique and increased their interest in life. We are delighted to see that "Mixed Yuan Tai Chi" is welcoming the arrival of the 2 1 century with a heroic attitude, and it will continue to benefit all mankind.
