Buddhist healthy meridians
Acupoints and meridians can't be knocked casually. If used improperly, it will be harmful to health. If you go against the principle, you will get worse.

The following simple methods can be used to judge the massage techniques and percussion methods of acupoints and meridians.

Point massage

Our daily massage acupoints include Baihui, Taiyang, Fengchi, Laogong, Neiguan, Lao Yang, Zusanli, Yongquan, Taichong, Taixi, Hegu and Zhenzhen, among which Hegu, Zusanli, Yongquan and Neiguan are collectively called the four major acupoints.

Pay attention to three points:

1, strength. Light tonic, heavy diarrhea.

2. Click the direction. Clockwise for tonic, counterclockwise for diarrhea.

3. Relationship with breathing. Press when exhaling and relax when inhaling.

Meridian percussion

The meridians we often tap are: pericardium and gallbladder. In addition, you can also tap the stomach meridian, the large intestine meridian, the small intestine meridian, the liver meridian, the triple energizer meridian and the spleen meridian as needed. The heart meridian is adjusted and the kidney meridian is adjusted. The back part of the bladder meridian can't be adjusted by yourself, so you can massage the next section by yourself.

Pay attention to two points:

1, strength. Light short for tonic, heavy slow for diarrhea.

2. The direction of percussion. Knocking forward is a supplement, and knocking backward is a diarrhea.

So, how to judge the order of meridian percussion? Meridians can be divided into hand meridians and foot meridians based on the starting point. Hand meridians and foot meridians are divided into yang meridians and yin meridians.

The following table can clearly judge the meridian and tonic.

From top to bottom, from bottom to top:

Hand yang meridian: large intestine meridian, triple energizer meridian and small intestine meridian.

Hand Yin Meridian: Lung Meridian, Pericardial Meridian and Heart Meridian are smooth/tonic/diarrhea.

Foot yang meridian: stomach meridian, gallbladder meridian, bladder meridian, dredging/reinforcing/purging.

Foot Yin Meridian: Spleen Meridian, Liver Meridian and Kidney Meridian are adverse/purgative/tonic.

For example, the pericardium meridian of hand jueyin is the meridian of hand yin, and knocking from top to bottom against the above table is a tonic method. Bottom-up is a kind of catharsis. Other meridians and so on.

Expert reminder

1, pericardium sutra is generally a supplement, and it can be knocked backwards and diarrhea in summer when the heart is full of fire.

2. Deficiency syndrome is diarrhea. If children's myopia is regarded as virtual loss and the liver is stolen from the eyes, it is necessary to knock on the liver meridian to purge fire. Constipation depends on diarrhea and knocking on the large intestine meridian. If you catch a cold, you should knock on the lung meridian to purge fire.

3, the kidney meridian can only be replenished at any time, not diarrhea. Compared with the above table, it should be knocked or dredged from the bottom up.

4, some acupuncture points that go deep into the skin, even if you make up the law, you should press hard. Such as Zusanli, Fengchi and Kunlun.

5. The gallbladder meridian is mostly tapped from top to bottom, and the tonic method is adopted. However, in the case of muscular thighs, the tonic method also needs to be hard, mainly by hitting Huantiao, Shi Feng, Zhongdu and Xiyangguan with certain strength. After your knees, start from Yanglingquan and go down slightly.

6. The acupoints of the bladder meridian, such as Shu, Ganshu and so on, are meridians, and people's backs are most prone to cold blockage, which requires a certain amount of pressure to get through the meridians.

7. There are ten methods of Chinese medicine, and now only two are mentioned. Other techniques are basically applicable to the relationship between shun and reverse, such as pulling and patting, which must be empty. Such as cough, angina pectoris, pericardial cardiovascular disease, etc. Scraping is also suitable for the relationship between shun and reverse, reinforcing and reducing.

8. We should flexibly apply the five elements theory of TCM. It is mainly to correctly judge the exterior-interior relationship of meridians, determine the reinforcing and reducing treatment method, and then use this method to judge the direction and intensity. If you adjust the kidney meridian, generally speaking, the problems of the kidney meridian are all virtual, so you should tonify the kidney meridian. The lung transports kidney water, the lung meridian needs to be supplemented, and the spleen meridian is separated from the kidney meridian, causing diarrhea.

Therefore, the general idea of conditioning should be: dredging kidney meridian, tonifying lung meridian, purging liver meridian and spleen meridian.
