Professor Yang Baofeng, a famous pharmacological expert in China, pointed out after reading the clinical report and application of Banna Shencha that Banna Shencha is a rare "effective and non-toxic" plant medicine in the history of traditional medicine in China. Banna Shencha is a natural plant medicine in Xishuangbanna. Developed by the Institute of Medicinal Plants of China Academy of Medical Sciences, the Institute of Dai Medicine of China and the Union Medical College under the protection of national origin, all of them use the natural and pollution-free rare herb Unilateral Shencha in Xishuangbanna as raw material, which belongs to non-toxic grade.

It is mentioned in Modern Yuemeizhong Medical Collection (page 2 15) that kidney tea was once used as a health care medicine in Zhongnanhai. Therefore, it is very suitable as the first-class medicinal tea for health care of the elderly and suitable for long-term drinking.
