202 1-05-02: parents and children's meditation trip (1)
On May Day, avoiding the noise, under the recommendation of friends, my father took me and my children to live in a temple and started our meditation trip.

At first, the children were very resistant.

Maybe my mind is full of vegetarian food, boring and rigorous monastic life. Plus I heard that I have to go to class when I get up at 5: 30 in the morning. How can I be happy?

It was nearly ten o'clock when I arrived at the temple last night, and the children began to complain about the accommodation conditions, which was really a far cry from the high-end residential quarters the night before.

After all, it's only one night, and the service charge is 50, for two people. A night with mosquitoes is a one-night dream.

This morning, it was still early in May, and it was still very cold. We sing in Sanskrit and do morning exercises with Master.

The children all practice very hard. I also have a variety of dishes, such as breakfast after an hour and a half of exercise and sweet porridge for dinner. We all had a good time.

Temples always make people feel quiet. I like the simple Chinese architecture here, the Sanskrit singing from time to time, and the Parthenocissus covered with walls. The sun shines through the window, and it is worthwhile for parents and children to get together and listen wholeheartedly.

In the meditation room, the plain-looking teacher is simple, smiling and talking about common-sense cognition. A dozen people, large and small, sat on the mat and listened carefully.

Practice breathing, exercise, meditation and Zen dance. Nothing seems to have changed. Everything seems to have changed.

Zen rooms, quiet with a little elegance. Compared with the crowded May Day outing, this form brings some simple happiness.

The youngest son can't sit still, but he also interacts frequently with Master. Language is amazing. Write a few words.

"Face problems, solve problems, overcome obstacles and achieve goals with actions and behaviors."

"When you have no choice, you must learn to enjoy life."

The way of keeping in good health, the three elements of health.

"The mind should be clear. Dantian has a warm back. There are many liquids in the golden jade. "

"A good sleep is also a particularly powerful ability."

Parent-child:

"Allow children to make mistakes. Growing up with children in mistakes. Don't cover up your mistakes. "

"Parents are not angry, and children don't miss it."

……

May third. All right.

Today also starts at 5 am. Exercise with Master at Millennium Temple.

Facts have proved that nothing good in the world can be easily obtained.

For example, lasting health. Physical and mental health.

Last night, the eldest son took a cold bath and squeezed into bed with his younger brother, breaking his record of not breathing for two years.

Sticking to his back and listening to the familiar long gasps, I am impatient: I really can't go home to see a doctor today. Fortunately, I slept in the morning, basked in the sun and recovered.

Unfortunately, I felt uneasy this morning. Of course, the best thing in the world is a false alarm.

My youngest son is full of energy. After lunch, he patted the ball downstairs, which affected the rest of the others. He was very angry when I took the balloon away.

Because the ball is in a bad mood, I play with my father and have no class in the afternoon. Later, I couldn't bear the loneliness, but I still came to the meditation hall to add it to the classroom and began to sell cute.

Exercise begins at 5: 30 in the morning and breakfast begins at 7: 00. At noon 1 1:00 have lunch after class. Classes begin at two o'clock, end at four o'clock, end at six o'clock and end at eight o'clock after lunch break. The schedule is very loose and tight.

The breathing class this afternoon finally caught up with the rhythm. Several people held their breath and broke out in a sweat.

Do not eat after noon. After class at eight o'clock in the evening, I told my father that I really didn't feel hungry. That's weird.

The Chinese breakfast here is vegetarian, but the chef's cooking is very good. Maybe it's the Lord's will, because I know that there is no dinner at night, but a big breakfast at noon.

The child's father said that it was because here, every day was full and he didn't remember to eat. Actually, it is not.

Children are not like this. When my father and I went for a walk, we secretly soaked spicy barrel rice noodles, an eczema and an asthma in our girls' room. When the father took the rice noodles away, the eldest son began to cry.

The hardest thing for people is addiction. I wasn't hungry, but I saw food in the room, and I ate several packages of dried fish. Many times, eating is not to fill the stomach, but to satisfy the appetite.

In the temple, people's minds become light, so they have to take photos at leisure and find that their favorite photos are taken inadvertently.

The last teaching content today is to twist with the dance. When the music of African dance started, I put down my tied hair and danced to the music. The cool wind blew on me through the window, and I really felt that all my troubles were blown away.

Search on Baidu, this ancient temple has a history of 1500 years. No wonder there is a vague feeling of Japanese temple style. During the word-of-mouth period, it was destroyed by word-of-mouth and retained many styles of the prosperous Tang Dynasty.

After vicissitudes of life and years of change, history will continue to be passed down silently.

The next day's parent-child meditation, sunny and hot during the day, rainy and windy at night, like life, sunny and windy …

The third day of parent-child meditation.

The storm in spring makes people feel different scenery.

Get up early to exercise and practice breathing. The daily schedule is similar. Master has many practical exercises, and everyone likes them differently.

From Avenue to Jane, the master taught a lot, and everyone only applied one or two points.

In a word, eat well and sleep well. Let your body and mind be balanced, let your heart be calm and peaceful in the world, constantly correct yourself and improve yourself.

In the afternoon, Master asked each of us to sum up, and everyone talked about their own gains and ideas.

The world is three-dimensional, the thoughts are various, and everyone's feelings are different. I think parents and children sit in the classroom with heart to heart, which in itself is the greatest gain.

Many times, don't ask where the value is. You can spend these days peacefully, which is already the biggest gain.

In the Millennium Temple, parents and children read the scriptures, asked questions, listened to the wind and rain, listened to Buddhist sounds, watched flowers, watched grass and watched birds fly, which was beautiful enough in itself and gained a lot.

Life itself has no meaning, and each of us gives it meaning by ourselves.

After three days and three nights, the activities of five groups of family parent-child temples soon ended, as if nothing had changed, and everything had changed. Everything changed when you changed your mind.

May 4th Youth Day, I wish you good health, happy life and better study.

Eat well and sleep well, and everything will get better and better.
