What can Cordyceps stew with?
You can use black-bone chicken stew soup to make cordyceps nourishing soup. The specific method is as follows:

Preparation materials: half black-bone chicken, 6 cordyceps sinensis, proper amount of salt, proper amount of peanut oil, 4g of pilose antler, 40g of red dates, 0/5g of codonopsis pilosula/kloc-,proper amount of ginger slices and 20g of longan pulp.

1. Step 1: Wash the prepared black-bone chicken with clear water and cut it into small pieces with a kitchen knife, as shown in the figure below.

2. After the flying water is treated, pick it up and put it into the big liner of the stew pot, as shown in the figure below.

3. Then remove the core from the prepared red dates, as shown in the figure below.

4. Rinse all kinds of soups with running water, then put them into the liner and add 3 slices of ginger.

5. Add 2.5 bowls of distilled water and a little cooking oil to the inner container, as shown in the figure below.

6. Cover the lid, pour water into the saucepan to the maximum, and choose to simmer for 4 hours.
