Legal basis: Shijiazhuang talent green card policy.
In recent years, Shijiazhuang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government has attached great importance to talent work, firmly established the strategic position of talent leading development, implemented a more active, open and effective talent introduction policy, and successively introduced a series of talent policy measures such as talent green card A card, B card management method, and modern industrial talent gathering project. Next, in view of the "double first-class" construction of college graduates, this paper focuses on the talent green card (B card) policy of our city.
First, the talent green card (B card)
(1) Scope of application for talents:
1. Outstanding graduates listed as "prestigious schools plan to enter Hebei" in Hebei Province;
2. "Double first-class" construction of doctoral students, full-time master graduates, full-time bachelor graduates from first-class universities and first-class disciplines;
3 enterprises and institutions, social organizations from overseas institutions to recruit (introduce) 500 full-time undergraduate and above outstanding graduates;
4. Enterprises, institutions and social organizations recruit (introduce) talents who have won the third prize of the provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress award and above (the top three of the first prize, the top two of the second prize and the first prize of the third prize) or have more than three invention patents authorized by the state, which can be transformed into talents with certain economic benefits in Shijiazhuang;
5. Professional and technical personnel with deputy senior titles or above introduced by enterprises or senior technical personnel with short positions, and professional and technical personnel with full senior titles or above recruited by institutions and social organizations;
6. Management talents with the honorary title of provincial and ministerial level or above introduced by enterprises and those who held middle-level and above positions in China's top 500 enterprises before coming to Stone and held leadership positions in enterprises above designated size after coming to Stone;
7. Talents with certain special skills or expertise that are urgently needed by the economic and social development of Shijiazhuang City as identified by the Leading Group for Talent Work of the Municipal Party Committee.
