Liezi's theory is mainly about health preservation, because he doesn't care much about politics, and thinks that political affairs and political struggles, as well as all efforts to transform society and nature, are harmful to health preservation. In this respect, Liezi and Laozi's thought of "doing nothing and doing everything" is obviously different, but closer to Zhuangzi.
