Action focus: close your eyes gently, don't open your eyes.

Function: Relieve ciliary muscle tension and eliminate visual fatigue.

In the second quarter, press your eyes.

Jingming point location: the inner corner of both eyes.

Action requirements: press the bilateral Jingming points with the index finger of both hands respectively, and make a fist with the rest fingers, pressing once per beat.

Function: It has the function of preventing and treating visual blur.

Section 3: Wipe the sun, save bamboo and wipe the eyebrow bow.

Temple position; Between the eyebrows and the outer corner of the eye, back an inch.

Location of Zhuyu point: located at the inner end of eyebrows.

Action requirements: First, second and eighth beats, massage the temples with both thumbs and massage the bamboo points with the index finger, and massage each beat 1 time. Acupoint selection method; First aim the middle finger at the left and right index fingers and press them on both sides of the upper edge of the nose. Action requirements: press four white points/kloc-0 per beat.

Section 5: Twist the earlobe and turn the eyeball.

Action requirements: Hold the earlobe with your thumb and forefinger, and press 1 time per beat.

When the eyeball rotates, the first and second eight-beat eyeballs rotate counterclockwise, and the rotation order is up, left, down and right. The third and fourth eight-beat eyeballs rotate clockwise, and the rotation order is up, right, down and left. Each beat rotates in one direction.

Action points: the earlobe is twisted and pressed, not squeezed and pressed. When you roll your eyes, your head won't move.

Action requirements: Press the left hand Hegu point with the thumb of the right hand for the first and second beats, and put the index finger at the position corresponding to the thumb of the palm, twisting 1 beat. The third and fourth beats, the hands rotate, and each beat twists 1 time. At the same time, my eyes are fixed on things. Action points: Hegu point adopts kneading technique. Overlooking the scenery and twisting the valley point at the same time, but it should be noted that when overlooking, you should turn your back to the sun and try to see the distant target. If you do eye exercises in the classroom, you should stand up and look at the distant target through the window.
