Practice and formula of boiling fruit tea
The practice of cooking fruit tea:

Step 1: Select fresh fruits, such as lemon, strawberry, blueberry and cherry. Wash and peel the fruit.

Step 2: Cut the fruit into small pieces and put it in the pot.

Step 3: Add a proper amount of water and cook the fruit.

Step 4: Reduce the heat and continue to cook for about 10 to 15 minutes until the water becomes the color of the juice.

Step 5: Add proper amount of honey or other sweeteners and stir well.

Step 6: Take out the fruit pieces and leave some for decoration.

Step 7: Pour the juice into the cup and add some ice cubes and fruit pieces.

Formula:

1. Lemon tea material: lemon, honey and water.

2. Strawberry tea materials: strawberries, honey and water.

3. Blueberry tea materials: blueberries, lemons, honey and water.

4. Cherry tea materials: cherry, lemon, honey and water.

5. Fresh orange tea material: fresh orange, lemon, honey and water.

6. citron tea materials: grapefruit, honey and water.

7. Mango tea materials: mango, honey and water.

8. Watermelon tea materials: watermelon, honey and water.

Note: Do not reheat the fruit after cooking, which will destroy the nutrients. In addition, honey should be added when the fruit is cooked to about 90 degrees, and it should not be added too early.
