Ingredients: a thin chicken, Tianqi 15g (sliced), jujube 10 (enucleated), and a tablespoon of longan meat.
Seasoning: salt, four cups of boiling water.
Production steps
1. Put the chicken in boiling water, heat it for 3 minutes, take it out and wash it;
2. Wash and slice Notoginseng Radix;
3. The jujube is pitted and washed;
4. Wash longan meat;
5. Put chicken, notoginseng, red dates and longan meat into a vessel, add 4 cups or appropriate amount of boiling water, and simmer for 40 minutes;
6. Eat refined salt.
