2. Reasonable diet:

The fast pace of modern life often leads to people's eating disorder, unbalanced diet, unable to keep up with their body nutrition and the proliferation of fast food. Ask yourself, how long has it been since you had a normal breakfast? Instead of sitting there drinking a bowl of porridge, eating a few steamed buns or even cakes, how long has it been since you had a normal dinner? I forgot to have dinner because I was busy working overtime. I looked up and it was already late at night. How long has it been since you had a midnight snack? After falling asleep, it will increase the burden of digestion and make the body suffer for a long time. It is easy to suffer from stomach diseases, appendicitis and other digestive problems.

Suggestion: having three meals regularly, getting up early and having a good breakfast are not only good for your health, but also a good start to the day. Eat less takeout, eat less greasy, spicy and cold food, reduce gastrointestinal irritation, and don't delay eating because of work, because work is endless and health is the capital of revolution.
