Required materials: Glehnia littoralis 15g, Polygonatum odoratum 15g, lotus seed 20g, lily 15g, yam 15g, coix seed 1600ml, yuba 50g, Lycium barbarum 10g, and rock sugar 30g.

Exercise:

1. Wash Radix Glehniae, Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati, Semen Nelumbinis, Bulbus Lilii, Rhizoma Dioscoreae, Coicis Semen, yuba, and Fructus Lycii, and drain.

2. The yuba is cut into 4 cm long sections.

3. Add clean water to the pot, add the cleaned materials after boiling, cook for 15 minutes on high fire, and then cook with low fire.

After 4.30 minutes, add crystal sugar and continue to cook for 30 minutes to make up the crystal sugar water.
