Case 1: working hours

At this time, you can answer, "I am doing so-and-so work now." What can I do for the leader? " This not only shows that you are working hard, but also leaves a buffer for yourself.

If you assign the leader, don't hesitate. Then, adjust the time to complete.

If the work assigned by the leader is pushed by others, you can say that my work at hand is not over yet, and I need to finish what I am doing before I do it.

If something is urgent, the leader will naturally let others do it. If you have to, the leader knows that it takes up your working time, and even if your own work is a little flawed, the leader will understand.

During working hours, generally don't say that you are not busy, please tell the leader at any time. The leader will think that you are not working hard enough or not working hard. The workload will probably be adjusted to your side in the future.

Case 2: Rest time

For example, on Sunday morning, the leader called to ask if you were busy. If you happen to be bored, you can generously promise: Let me know if the leader has anything.

If you want to have a rest, you can say, I'm on my way to somewhere, or I went back to my hometown this week, I'm not in town, and so on. Then ask the leader what happened?

In this way, we can make flexible adjustments according to the specific tasks of the leaders. I want to do this job, saying that I can come back in a short time and finish the task.

I really don't want to do this job, and I'm really sorry to say that I can't go back anytime soon. In this way, leaders will not be embarrassed or wronged. Be careful, don't say you are in your hometown, and meet the leader in the supermarket in half an hour.
