Indications: A bad cold.

Acupoint selection: it includes three points on both sides of Safe Acupoint and Jindou Acupoint. The safe point is depressed at the lower edge of Dazhui, and the Jindou point is four fingers apart beside the fifth vertebra of Dazhui.

Principle and application demonstration:

1. Jindou point is Bohu point of bladder meridian.

3. The safety point is on the Du meridian, which controls all yang. Pohu point is connected with the lung on the main surface of bladder meridian, and also corresponds to the lung on the back. These three points are very effective in treating colds.
