Where is the West Wudang Mountain?
China West Wudang Mountain is located in the southeast corner of Cangxi County. Because it looks like a pen, it was called "Bijiashan" in ancient times. It is a rare Taoist mountain named Wudang in western China. It has been a sacred place of Taoism for generations and has been called Xanadu since ancient times. Xuan Di Temple was built in the Ming Dynasty, and there is a "Zhenwu mirror" in it. During the Yongle period, Wudang Taoism in Daxing was changed to Zhenwu Palace in Wudang Mountain, and later renamed as "West Wudang Mountain". The name of the mountain was inscribed by Master Zhang Jiyu, executive vice president of the Chinese Taoist Association. West Wudang Mountain is located in Jialing, towering and abrupt, reflecting the Taoist fairy mountain "yuntaiguan" from a distance; Two Tai Chi pictures naturally formed inside and outside the mountain, with unique Yin and Yang Feng Shui and silver water returning to the hall, show the charm of Taoism, which is really made in heaven. Located between the cliffs halfway up the mountain, Erxianping has been carved with Taoist landscapes such as Laojun Cave, Shi Tian Cave, Niangniang Cave, Baxian Cave and Niuwang Cave, which is full of fairy tales and fascinating.

In recent years, Cangxi County Party Committee and government have attached great importance to the excavation and development of Taoist cultural resources, and decided to build a "Taoist Cultural Park" and build a Taoist cultural tourism brand of "Western Wudang Mountain in China". The first phase of the project is the restoration and reconstruction of Zhenwu Palace. Zhang Shaoguo, member of Sichuan Provincial Political Consultative Conference and president of Taoist Association of Guangyuan City and Cangxi County, donated 654,380,300 yuan for construction. Construction started in June 2006, covering an area of nearly 20 mu, with a building area of more than 5,000 square meters. In addition to Zhenwu Hall, Wenchang Hall and Cihang Hall, there are two longevity health halls, two health teahouses, offices of city and county Taoist associations, French logistics department, incense wax supply department, canteen, cultural showroom, conference training room, single room, guest house, broadcasting room and other supporting rooms. After the completion of the project, an unprecedented opening ceremony was held on March 3-5, 2008/KLOC-0. After the restoration and reconstruction, Zhenwu Palace has a large scale and complete facilities, which is worthy of being a first-class Taoist temple in northern Sichuan. The second phase of the project is the restoration of the "Erxianping" cave, adding scenic spots such as "Taoist painting and calligraphy corridor" and "Taoist story mural", and sending a treasure to build a "stone paradise"; The third phase of the project will build Taoist cultural attractions such as the Taoist Cultural Museum. Cangxi will be implemented step by step according to the plan and improved year by year.
