Undaria pinnatifida bean curd soup (light and delicious)

Materials?

A handful of Undaria pinnatifida

A moderate amount of pork/beef

Onion 1 root

Garlic 2 cloves

Internal fat tofu/tender tofu 1 piece

A moderate amount of seafood mushrooms/mushrooms

Wash dried Undaria pinnatifida in cold water and chop it.
