1. Get all the materials ready. The tea I use is Jin Junmei (you can change it into other black tea according to your personal preference), jujube, dried longan, astragalus, Ophiopogon japonicus, dried hawthorn, raisins, Ziziphus jujuba seeds and rock sugar.
2. Rinse all the materials and cut each jujube with a knife.
3. Add purified water and cut jujube to the glassware and cook for about ten minutes.
4. Put the tea into the teapot and rinse it quickly with boiling water.
5. Add all the other ingredients except jujube, pour a small amount of boiling water into the ingredients, and cover them with stuffy bubbles.
6. After the jujube peel is boiled until it rises, turn off the fire and pour all the dates and water into the teapot for drinking. (Just drink boiled water directly. )
