2 material requirements

2. 1 Safety glass should be used for curtain wall. The materials, types, grades, optical properties, specifications and colors of open frames and glass plates must meet the design requirements. Aluminum alloy profiles should be surface oxidized. The appearance quality and optical performance of glass should meet the national standards.

2.2 rubber strip and rubber pad should have the factory certificate of aging resistance and flame retardant performance test, and their dimensions meet the design requirements without fracture. Connectors, embedded parts, fasteners and other spare parts must meet the design requirements and be treated with anti-corrosion. Sealant should have factory certificate and waterproof test record. Thermal conductivity, waterproof performance and thickness of thermal insulation materials should meet the design requirements.

2.3 The hollow glass of curtain wall shall be sealed with double channels. Polysulfide sealant and butyl sealant should be used for insulating glass of open frame curtain wall.

2.4 Dry-processed polyvinyl butyral (PVB) film should be used for laminated glass of curtain wall. The thickness of laminated glass (PVB) of point-supported glass curtain wall is not less than 0.76mm. ..

2.5 During the handling and storage of curtain wall materials, measures should be taken to properly keep them to prevent damage, deformation and rust.
