How is it that the whole body aches when you practice yoga for the first time?
The normal phenomenon of practicing yoga for the first time. People who practice yoga for the first time are stiff, and their joints, muscles and ligaments can't stretch. When they suddenly practice yoga and break through the limits of their bodies, their muscles will ache, and generally they will ache all over the body the next day after practicing yoga. This situation is normal, and it will be alleviated or even disappeared after practicing yoga several times.

If you don't warm up and practice yoga for the first time, many people don't do warm-up exercises, which will make the muscles and joints of the body unable to move, and the internal organs will directly do various actions, such as twisting, bending and stretching, without an adaptation process, which is easy to cause physical discomfort.

the practice time is too long. Many people may be full of interest when they first come into contact with yoga. One action after another, they practiced for an hour or two at a time. Too much practice leads to the body can't bear such a load, and there will be discomfort such as whole body pain.

posture is wrong. I just learned yoga for the first time. I'm not good at all the movements of yoga. When doing actions, the posture is wrong or the force is too strong, which will lead to muscle fatigue or strain, thus causing pain all over the body.
