Infinity begets Tai Chi, and the state of infinity is a state of unity and balance inside and outside the whole body. Through preparatory adjustment, the body and mind enter a peaceful state of mind. The relaxed and comfortable shape adjustment of each part can make the body reach a reasonable shape layout and establish basic norms for static and dynamic movements in the future. The coordination of meaning, qi and form determines the basic mode of internal training.
