More than 700 years ago, Emperor Song led soldiers through Huangyang Mountain and wanted to camp and have a rest. Suddenly, he saw the fog in the forest and the dragons rolling. It's strange, so people go to visit. A few days later, the explorer came back and reported, "It's a hot spring, and Kowloon is playing the Imperial Garden." The emperor showed the people around, only to see a few acres of square hot springs in the forest, with bubbling springs and transpiration of aerosol, and Kowloon playing in the springs. The emperor drank up the crowd and bathed in water. In an instant, the dragon disappeared into the water and was never seen again. When the emperor finished soaking, he felt refreshed, more energetic and overjoyed. He set up this tax-free place for three years. The people were blessed by hot springs, which were later called "Imperial Hot Springs" by the Song Emperor.
