Classification of decorative panels:
1, blockboard
Blockboard, commonly known as large core board, is made of two veneers glued together. The total thickness of glued veneer on both sides of blockboard shall not be less than 3 mm, and the width and length of corner defects of all kinds of blockboard shall not exceed 5mm in the nominal format.
Step 2 splint
Plywood is a kind of three-layer or multi-layer plate-like material, which is made of wood segments cut into veneers by rotation or thin boards by wood squares, and then glued with adhesive. Usually, odd veneers are used, and the fiber directions of adjacent veneers are glued vertically to each other.
3. Decorative board
Decorative board, commonly known as panel. It is a decorative board with one-sided decoration function, which is made by precisely planing solid wood plates into thin veneer with a thickness of about 0.2mm, using plywood as the base material and adopting the gluing process. Decorative board is a special way of plywood, with a thickness of 3 cm. Decorative board is a kind of advanced decorative material which is different from mixed oil at present.
4, density board
High-density board, also known as fiberboard, is an artificial board made of wood fiber or other plant fiber and urea-formaldehyde resin or other suitable adhesive. According to the different dosage, it is divided into high density board, medium density board and low density board.
Step 5 laminate wood
Laminated timber, I-beam and laminated veneer lumber are the three main engineering wood products. Plywood is also solid wood, sometimes called finger joint board, which can be coated with paraffin oil to prevent deformation.
6. Core plate
Articleboard, also known as particle board and bagasse board, is an artificial board made of wood or other lignocellulosic materials, coated with adhesive and glued under the action of heat and pressure. Also known as particle board. It is mainly used in furniture and construction industry, as well as the manufacture of trains and car compartments.
