Third, adjust yourself; It mainly refers to mastering the correct meditation posture. Meditation can be practiced in a variety of postures, such as sitting, standing, walking and lying down. In Buddhism, meditation is mainly based on sitting posture, so it is often called meditation. Fourth, adjust interest rates; Buddhism believes that life lies in breathing, and breathing is closely related to the heart. If the breathing is not harmonious, the mind will inevitably be disharmonious. If you want to adjust your heart, you must first adjust your breathing. Fifth, adjust your heart. Adjusting one's state of mind is the main principle of meditation, which runs through the whole process of meditation. In the process of learning the six wonderful methods, there are six steps: counting, following, stopping, observing, returning and cleaning.
