Most people in the world regard the nose and mouth as Xuanzang, which is not correct. The mouth and nose are the entrance of Xuanzang. Cover the mysterious water; Mother Earth was there, too. The world feels yin and yang, which belongs to jellyfish. It was born in March and October. Monks often hold their breath under their navel, leave God in their bodies, and combine God to give birth to mysterious fetuses. Since the mysterious fetus is married, it is born, that is, Neidan, the way to live forever. Qi, since the birth of a baby, takes the son of Qi as the interest with God, and Qi as the mother of God. The two spirits are opposite, like inseparable. Now that the mother is married, the son of God will rest in peace, that is, his vitality will not disappear. When qi enters the body, God leaves the body and dies. The Western Ascension Sutra says: As a theologian, God is also the Lord. When the master is quiet, God lives there. If the master is restless, God will go. God went into the air to disperse, but can he live? It is based on people's eyes, ears, hands and feet, and can't transport it by itself. They must pretend to be gods to resist them. People who learn to keep in good health often regard their own god as their master. If the master doesn't go, the house will collapse. Knowing that the spirit can live forever, Tao Jing insisted on nothingness to support the spirit, saying: My life is in me, not in the sky. The patient can't find the way, and he can't find it again. The knower can keep an open mind, protect his spirit and nourish his essence, and not be led by the outside love, but be calm and keep his own spirit, that is, the road to immortality is over. God moves when he moves, and life when he lives. The so-called meaning is that he breathes the horse and moves with it. In order to protect Xuanzang's vitality, first keep his spirit, and never leave his body. He was born impregnable, not hungry or thirsty. If you want to live forever, people who are interested in each other are those who are interested in each other. Xuanzang says: A trace of Yang is not a ghost, and a trace of Yin is not a fairy. Yuanyang means yes, and eating gas means yes Often cut down on food and abstinence, so that the vitality will be transported internally, and the vitality will be vigorous, that is, Yin Qi will disappear on its own. If the yang is strong and the yin is weak, then the immortal will be happy and immortal. The heart does not move, it never comes or goes, and it never goes out. Naturally, it is always with the spirit of God. It's one thing to be in a mother's womb. It's never a breath to be led by the outside love when you are born. Knowing this, people often forget their feelings and don't let God come and go. Don't forget, for a long time, God lives for himself. Diligence is the way to fix the truth, and you should be prepared for it. However, the words of saints can be forgotten.
The fetus is bound by latent qi, and the qi rests in the fetus. When qi enters the body, it is born, and when the spirit leaves the body, it dies. Knowing that air can live forever, I don't keep anything to keep it. If God does something, he will be angry, and if God is alive, he will be angry. If you want to live forever, look at each other. The fetus is pregnant with its god, and the rest is breathing. The word "fetus" refers to God's determination not to move, not to shake, not to worry, not to worry and not to think, just like a baby's belly. The word "rest" refers to the extinction of heavy qi, the external qi is not smooth, the qi is not smooth, and the natural pulse is harmonious and bright. Qi is like water, and God is like the moon. The moon moves because of water and yang, and God shakes because of qi. Water is clear, the moon is bright, qi wisdom and qi are embracing each other, reaching a big decision, while Neidan is a family, so it is called "fetal interest".

Therefore, if you want to reassure God, just like a pregnant woman, you have to give up and subdue her anger, so that you can have roots and secrets. Zhu's "Tiaoxi Ming" said: "Quiet and hissing, like a spring marsh fish, moving and sucking, like a hundred insects stinging. Spring fish will move when they are angry, but rarely. Cold bugs bite people when they are angry, but they bite people without me. Those who adjust their interest rates will be dense and faint, and their interest will be full of tricks. " "Three Essentials of Learning from the Scriptures" said: "When you are a beginner, you must think about your own qi, out of your navel, out of your navel, and adjust it very finely. Then breathe through the navel instead of through the nose and mouth as in the womb, so it is called fetal interest. Breathe through the umbilical cord at first, count to 8 1 or 120, and exhale through the mouth. When the season is extremely fine, put a feather on the nose and mouth, exhale but the feather does not move. Gradually learn to increase the number, as long as 1000. Then there are fewer old people, and the days are still one day. " When qi enters the body, God leaves the body and dies.
For all living things, there is no shortage of qi, and life lies in qi. All living things have consciousness and movement, so it is not the use of qi. Without gas, you can't move, and you die. Fools have spirits, spirits are also gods, and sex is hidden in God. Without God as the Lord, it is like wood and stone. Why not die? Therefore, it can be seen that the reason why people are born is that Qi is also related to God. However, this kind of qi is related to God, who belongs to heaven and is influenced by Tao Zhu in heaven. In Yin Fu Jing, the so-called thieves of all things in heaven and earth, Gu Zheyun, heaven and it, heaven takes its retreat, loses its qi, and dies after exhausting it, all refer to this.
Know that the air can live forever, and insist on nothing to nourish the air.
This is the most important tactic in this book. Cover the nothingness, that is, be quiet and establish Xuanzang's method. Those who have no distractions in mind, those who have no distractions in body, those who have no distractions in mind, those who have no distractions in body, those who have no distractions in mind, are quiet, comfortable and self-supporting. However, if this is not a matter of giving a few things, it is a matter of time and success will be achieved. Therefore, to persist, you can't leave for a moment and you can't neglect for a moment.
Laozi said: "Be empty, be quiet, and do everything at the same time, and I will watch it recover." .
Su Wen's Theory of Ancient Naivety says: "Nothing is safe, true qi follows, spirit is internal, and illness is safe."
If God does something, he will be angry, and if God is alive, he will be angry.
This statement that God is different from Qi. Without gas, there is no god, and without god, there is no gas. Since God is the Lord, when God moves, it is pneumatic. When God is motionless, it is motionless, just like a shadow. Although Confucian classics are ostentatious, they are both yin and yang. However, the merit of practicing Buddhism lies in the unity of yin and yang, and clinging to nothingness, that is, attracting emptiness, being quiet and believing, is also a means of unity.
If you want to live forever, look at each other.
The unity of spirit is the purpose of this section. Cover up the spirit, the spirit will be defeated, and the shape will decline. But if god sets his spirit, his shape will follow Thailand and he will naturally live forever.
Zhang Sanfeng said in "A Brief Introduction to Yan Tao": "When meditating, you must hold your mind and hold your breath. When you are in the abdomen, you will rotate like a melody, gather but not disperse, and then the internal qi and the external qi will meet in the abdomen. On the full moon, it reached the limbs and flowed, hitting the spine and propping up the boat upstream to Nijiu, and then descending to the palace and abdomen, respecting each other as guests, and the car and road were connected. Kung fu is here, and the effect of laying the foundation has been half completed. "
Do not move your mind, come and go; If you can't get out, you will live naturally.
If the mind does not move, it will come and go. This is the power of the mind. Leave if you don't come, and absolutely stay. If you stay away from both sides, San Ji will be empty. After living for a long time, there is no place to live. If the heart doesn't move and the gas doesn't move, then what follows is that you can't get out, you can't get in, and you naturally live, that is to say, you can't get in, you can't get out, and you can't get out.
Doing it diligently is the right way.
From beginning to end, the Book of Fetal Breath never leaves the word "spirit" and "qi". Be together if you have spirit. If you forget your heart, you will enter the void. Kung fu will go from shallow to deep, but the effect will be different step by step. The third issue of Qigong Magazine (1982) included my notes on the poor books of Fetal Breath Sutra. Over the years, many people have written to praise my notes, which are better than what Ge Hong said in "Seven Mega in the Cloud Cage" and what Wang Wenlu and others noted. But some sentences in Buddhist scriptures, especially the first two, are not without doubt. I wish I could explain them further. Secondly, I don't think Qigong is the whole leopard. Taixi Jing is a masterpiece in China's ancient Qigong literature. The word "fetal interest" means that the fetus is a sacred fetus and created by the true god: interest is true interest; It is caused by the cessation of internal and external breathing (real interest-free). Only these two words have clearly pointed out that God and Qi treat each other and are their roots. God belongs to yin, which is called mercury; Qi belongs to yang, and yang is called lead, and lead is its own yin and yang. God is sex. Qi is life, sex is inseparable from life, and life is inseparable from sex. The two are one, that is, life practice. Therefore, Xu Jing's "The Day of the True King": "God is nature, and Qi is life." The fairy in Cao Wenyi said, "I speak for gentlemen. My fate has never been real."
After the first two sentences, "the fetus is bound by latent qi, and qi is freed from the fetus." Words are two sentences, and there is only one ending. The first sentence says God (the fetus is a metaphor of God), and the second sentence says Qi. The theme of syncretic practice is "Fu Qi", which is a means of practice. How does the gas fall? And committed to "focus." Therefore, Xu Jingzhen said, "God is nothing more than qi." By paying attention to qi, there is a saying that "qi enters the body and is born". God leaves the shape and dies for the shape "; The mutual root between words and God is the phrase "God goes his own way, God lives and I live". There are two ways to practice calligraphy: "Insist on nothingness to nourish vitality" and "To live forever, be energetic and harmonious". Deficiency is a deficiency of the body, and nothing is qi deficiency; Raising is not forced, it is natural, and the two are harmonious. Over and over again, it's just an arrogant sentence. It can really be said that "those who know it will end in a word."
Generally speaking, we can know that "fetus" is a metaphor that the mind can be still, that is, the power of birth. Taoism calls it "Inner Dan" or "Yin Dan". Only by getting rid of the external respiration and internal organs, that is, the interference of all vaporized qi, can Inner Dan be formed. To that state is to "suffocate". It is naturally unaware of the traces of internal and external breathing, and the only God is unique, so it is said that "the fetus is bound by qi stagnation." At the same time as the sacred fetus condenses, the internal and external breath also stagnates, so there is a saying that "qi comes from having a fetus". Ancient immortals said: "The pulse stops and the fetus stops", and the founder of Chenniwan said: "I worked hard for a year; Six veins are dead, and there is a baby in the field who looks the same as me. " They can all prove it.
There is one more thing that must be known. Yuchan said: "I really decided when I met the teacher before, but I just concentrated on the air bag." Cavitation generally refers to the abdomen below the navel. In fact, the so-called cavitation, which I have been instructed by the true god teacher, is a static state, and the true god and the true qi are interdependent and unified; In other words, it is formed by the condensation of qi. The same is true of the so-called "spirit entering qi, like entering a deep point". It's good for Min Yi to say, "What's inside, what's outside". Why not? Biochemistry. If you give, you will return to wonderful use. If you do this, you will become a body and a real name. "This advanced level of kung fu practice is to live, sit and lie down. As long as it can get rid of all other thoughts and delusions and not think about the past and the future, it is self-sustaining by using the present and the past, relaxing the whole body and integrating with the laws of the whole universe. If you smoke for a long time. I have seen "the light shines alone and the dust settles".
In short, the instructions in the "Fetal Breath Sutra" are directly entangled from arrogant hands, not from the world. This is in line with Laozi's aim of "practicing in vitro, getting carried away and keeping in shape" and the tactics of "getting carried away and nourishing qi" in Tan Huazi's Book. Therefore, in ancient qigong, it is a relatively advanced level. Besides the true and upright Yuan Dan method, it is the only reliable and impartial way to communicate between Yin and Yang and void Yin and Yang. Simple and easy, but also the most sacred.
As for the manuscript of my poor book "The Annotation of the Fetal Breath Classic", its original name was compiled into the introduction of various schools for verification. If necessary, we will consider modifying the single line in the future. Real practice, real benefit, just like Bai Zhenren said, "A word and a half will be mysterious, so why use countless books"! As far as the highest level is concerned, it is "it is wrong to be afraid, but it is good to move your mind"! On the whole, it's kudzu vine. You should have accepted 300 pain sticks! Preamble: Give birth to a child in the womb, and give birth to a child. When the baby is in the belly, his mouth is full of dirt, he can't breathe, he will be fed by his navel, so if he is satisfied, he will know that his navel is the door of life. All babies are still alive when they are born, but they don't accept it after a while, but if you soak the umbilical cord in warm water and go to the abdomen for three to five days, you will know that the umbilical cord is a life gate, which is true. Monks, if you want to have an abortion, you must first know the source of the abortion and do it accordingly. Breathing is like a baby in the womb, hence the name "abortion". It's a good reason to go back to nature, but go back to the baby. If you are not idle, you will become immortal. So the first single broker is both practical and clear.
If you want to have an abortion, you must sit up straight in a quiet room, put your left foot on your right foot, loosen your clothes, slowly restrain your limbs, put your hands on your legs, that is, exhale three or five times, so that you can be free from stagnation, clean and worry-free, humble and solid; Slowly turn around and let the dirty leaves stretch and finish, and slowly put them back in place; That is, thirty-six days after the drum sounded, Huachi was full; Then save the suzaku with feet of Xuanwu, a dragon on the left shoulder and a white tiger on the right shoulder; Then I thought, one inch between the eyebrows is the Hall of Fame, two inches is the bridal chamber, and three inches is the Dantian Palace, also known as the Mud Pill Palace. There is a god in the palace, two inches long, wearing a green crown, a scarlet brown and a plain hand; The second time, in the middle of the abdomen, the heart is also called crimson palace. There is an idol in it, and it is covered with vermilion. The second time, the abdomen was preserved in Wei Zi Palace, two and a half inches below the navel. It is also famous for its ocean. There are immortals in it, and they are covered with vermilion. Sang Yu said, "The Diamond Sutra" says: If the phase is full, it is not enough, so those who share the same name think it is a precept. Is the husband above God? Do you live next door? Stay in the middle? Shu Zemi is almost thousands of miles away, and there is nothing. Follow the trail, with the name of each other, the river and sand are enough. God, too, is unpredictable, so it is better to hold the door like a nine-pin lang; Save the five internal organs, from the heart, save the five internal organs. Each of the five internal organs has its own qi, which is combined with the Suyun in the Three Dantian, out of the back of the head. It can grow to more than three feet and still want to be in it. At this time, the mouth and nose are closed, the heart is in the sea of qi, and the fetal air enters and exits only in the navel. If you feel short of breath, put it in your nose carefully. Calm, but also to maintain the heart. It is not too much to sweat. If the body is hot and stuffy, that is, the heart is full, such as the gas of a rice cooker, and the name is satisfied. After a long walk, you will enter Xuan Ji, emerge from the wonderful silence, then swallow the cave and observe the internal organs and abdomen. The stomach will be affected by one or two liters, such as loess color, and the spleen is one foot two inches long. On the stomach, it will move back and forth, and when it stops, it will not be harmonious. If food is unnecessary, don't wipe it. When you have to hold your breath, rub your stomach with your hands for a hundred times, that is, rub it naturally. The second meaning is that the heart is drooping like a red lotus, three inches long, with nine orifices on the top, two orifices on the back, black hair on the front and two and a half inches long; Secondary lung, the lung is in full bloom like Bai Lianhua, with five leaves drooping, white veins on it, and the membrane covers the heart; The second liver, behind the heart, has seven leaves, purple color, with yellow veins on it, the third from the left of the membrane, and the gallbladder here, bluish yellow, two and a half inches long; The second kidney, cup-shaped, black, but ridged, is three inches away from the navel, small at the top and big at the bottom, upper left and lower right. Look at the same shape, there are 36 joints and 360 joints, all wrapped with tendons. Bone blue and white as jade, tendon yellow and white, marrow like ice and snow; There are 360 points, all of which are bloody, such as river ponds. Look at the second section of the middle finger of the left hand, which is the source of blood, gushing out and flowing through the body in the shape of 36 thousand revolutions a night, and then disappearing in the second section of the middle finger of the right hand. So when you sleep alone, you must lie on your side, with big fists and full of yin. I also feel that I have to open my feet and hands, so that the gas can flow all over my body and Yang Can can get rid of it. If you practice like this, you will be in line with the meaning of the scriptures. For a long time, there is no breathing in the mouth and nose, such as the baby in the fetus, which is ventilated by umbilical cord, so it is called fetal interest. Continuous. Thirty years later, I tied my neck with a rope and didn't breathe or breathe. Breathing is often in the navel, and sitting underwater for more than ten days or five days can also be done. Doing it alone is as effective as before. If you find the truth, you must build a monastery. This thing is just a door, and we have to do it.
