At first, I thought I wouldn't eat whole grains for seven days, but only potatoes, yams, pumpkins, fruits and nuts. I should be able to last seven days. I wanted to experience this deep cleansing method, but it only lasted for 5 days. The following are daily records.

The first day: I got up in the morning to do morning exercises, cooked pumpkin soup, added a little flour, ate two sweet potatoes, went to Cuihe Garden at noon on the fifteenth day of the first day (I had to go) to experience vegetarianism, ate a small bowl of porridge, two small pieces of tofu (mixed with black sauce), a jiaozi, and a bowl of nourishing soup (Radix Astragali, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, lotus seeds and Zhusheng, but there were actually two small pieces of meat.

When you sit quietly at your desk and listen to the class at night, you can hear your stomach rumbling, farting, farting! I'm a little hungry. I wonder if I can't help eating delicious food tomorrow.

The next day: I ate two meals today. I ate two sweet potatoes, three yams and a bowl of pumpkin soup in the morning. At three o'clock in the afternoon, I was hungry and ate two small pieces of sweet potato. In the evening, I ate some walnuts. I feel very hungry and want to eat a bowl of noodles.

The third day: I drank some red ginseng water and had a class this morning. I am a little sweaty after class. After class, I slowly ate a few peanuts and drank some red ginseng water to go to the second class. After class, I quickly ate some peanuts to raise the flag. I feel weak and pay attention to my health. I try not to chat with my colleagues. The fourth class slept on the table for a while, and the fifth class barely finished. I put two handfuls of flour when I went home to make pumpkin soup at noon. I drank a big bowl and my stomach felt much better. At three o'clock in the afternoon, I drank the remaining half bowl of thick soup. It's always sharbat today, and my tongue is thick and greasy. This situation has not happened for a long time. Strange? My waist is sore and my legs are weak, and I want to sleep.

The fourth day: I came home from work yesterday and ate half a plate of millet sweet potatoes, so I ate some vegetables. It's very comfortable to eat your stomach. I fell asleep at ten o'clock. I guess I woke up at three or four and slept until six o'clock. I haven't got up these two days. Wrap your abdominal belt and put on your ankles before going to bed at night. I defecated twice this morning, not much each time, but it was faster. I drank some brown sugar, ginger and jujube water in the morning. I went home at noon and ate about ten chestnuts and two oranges. I took a nap and ate a small piece of sweet potato. I have two classes this afternoon. I ate some chestnuts before work. When listening to Chinese medicine class at night, I feel empty and want to sleep. I ate two dates and a walnut. I went to bed after nine o'clock and woke up at three o'clock. Then I got up at six in the morning and meditated for a while before I woke up.

Day 5: After getting up in the morning, my stomach is empty, my head is uncomfortable and I feel a little weak. I wanted to work, so I quickly cooked purple potato soup and put brown sugar in it. After drinking it, I felt a little comfortable. Then I went to class, graded the test paper, and shit again. I feel refreshed. I ate more than ten chestnuts in the office, ten chestnuts and two oranges at noon, and took a nap. So I ate two sweet potatoes and an apple, drank a cup of longan water and even ate several longan. I feel stiff and want to exercise, but I am too lazy to follow the drama until 7 o'clock. After soaking my feet at 8 o'clock, I felt a little dizzy and farted a lot in the afternoon. It's been five days. I thought these seven days would soon pass. I miss eating normal food very much, but I'm already like this.

Day 6: Before going to bed last night, my stomach was empty and a little dizzy, but I didn't want to eat sweet potatoes any more, so I fell asleep, but I didn't sleep well all day, and I always felt a little collapsed. When I arrived in the morning, I made pumpkin soup and fried vegetables. Two steamed buns were full, so I didn't plan to continue eating. I still feel a little sleepy after work. I went home at noon and ate a bowl of instant noodles, which was delicious. I was a little nauseous and weak, and then I went to school. At the invitation of my colleague, I went to another colleague's house. I drank boiled cuttlefish soup and Melaleuca cake, and my spirit was much better. Later, I ate a few pieces of chicken, fish, tofu and vegetables, and I felt that I had eaten too much and my stomach was swollen.

Postscript summary: I felt good at first, and my body really felt more transparent, but I really wanted to eat noodles and stir-fry On the fourth and fifth day, my head sometimes hurts, my brain sometimes goes blank, and I don't want to eat potatoes and nuts when my stomach is empty. People sometimes have a state of collapse. Except for running the next morning, I really feel very tired at other times. After returning to a normal diet, I don't have these symptoms.
