Operation of one-finger Zen massage therapy
There are twelve kinds of massage techniques, including pushing, taking, pressing, kneading, rolling, twisting, copying, kneading, winding, kneading, shaking and shaking, among which one-finger Zen massage is the main one. This push method is completely different from the so-called "push method" recorded in general literature, and has its own unique operation method and exercise requirements.

1. One-finger Zen tuina: Hold an empty fist, hang the wrist palm, straighten the thumb, cover the fist eye, apply force to the acupoints with the tip of the thumb, the pulp of the finger, and the peak of the radial side, and drive the thumb joint to flex and extend with the side swing of the wrist, so that the manipulation can alternately and continuously act on the meridian points. One finger Zen massage requires heavy shoulders, drooping elbows, drooping wrists and firm fingers and palms. "Hanging your elbows with heavy shoulders" means relaxing your shoulders and elbows; "Hanging the wrist" means that the wrist is relaxed and the palm is naturally bent; "Weak fingers and palms" means that the thumb is solid, and the other four fingers and palms should be relaxed, so that the force is concentrated on the thumb, and the force is accumulated in the palm and applied to the fingers. The pushing frequency of one-finger Zen massage is generally 120- 160 times per minute.

Practicing one-finger Zen massage can be roughly divided into two stages. In the first stage, according to the basic requirements of the technique, practice on the rice bag. That is, put the rice bag on your chest, sit up straight, concentrate on sinking your shoulders, hanging your elbows, hanging your wrists, your fingers are half bent, your thumb is naturally straight, and it is attached to the middle section of your index finger at a right angle of 90 degrees. At the operating point of the rice bag, suck your fingertips or its threaded surface and swing your wrists back and forth rhythmically. On the basis of practicing that the thumb can be fixed at a certain point without sliding and the wrist swings flexibly and rhythmically, further practice the moving technique of one-finger Zen massage. In other words, you can gradually practice from one point to doing back, forth, left and right movements on Misha. When practicing the moving technique, make sure that the finger force does not slip when moving. Exercises on rice buns can accumulate strength in the palm of your hand and exert force on your fingers. When the finger force has a considerable skill, it can be transferred to the second stage of operation on the human body. When operating on the human body, we should follow the principle of "pushing points along meridians" and carry out the practice of tight pushing and slow moving (that is, moving slowly on the body surface meridian line at the swinging speed of 120- 160 times per minute). Generally speaking, you can practice on shoulders and back first, and then practice on chest, abdomen, head and face, neck and other different body surface parts in turn. Be sure to operate skillfully and freely on all body surface parts according to the main points.

2. Holding method: Hold the treatment area tightly with the ventral surface of thumb and other four fingers, lift the skin and knead it alternately and continuously. The key points of operation are: wrist relaxation, consistent kneading action, from light to heavy force. The grip method can be divided into three fingers, four fingers and five fingers. The "three-finger grip" is to hold the treatment site with the thumb, forefinger and middle finger relatively hard. "Four-finger grip" refers to holding the treatment site relatively hard with thumb, index finger, middle finger and ring finger. "Five-finger grip", also known as "grasping method" or "grasping method", is to hold the treatment site with thumb and forefinger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger.

3, according to the method: press the acupoints with the thumb or forefinger, the fingertips of the middle finger or the fingertips. For example, pressing with nails is called "pinch method", pressing with flexed proximal knuckle of elbow joint or olecranon is also called "point method", pressing with palm or palm root is also called "pressing method", and gently pressing is also called "dialing method".

4. Moxibustion: Use the palm or fingertips to cling to the skin on the body surface and gently and rhythmically touch it in a spiral. The main points of massage are: relax the wrist joint, use light force without floating, and use heavy force without stagnation. Mofa can be divided into finger massage and palm massage. "Finger moxibustion" means that the fingers are close together, the palms are naturally straight, and the wrist joints are slightly flexed. Touch the body surface with the middle finger and the last finger of the index finger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger, and turn the wrist and forearm in circles. "Palm Massage" is to massage the wrist and forearm in a circular motion with the fingers together, the palm naturally straightened, the wrist slightly extended, the palm flat on the body surface, and the palm and palm root as the center.

5. Reproduction method: Place the palms of both hands on the lower edge of the ribs on both sides of the patient in supine position and gradually insert them into the waist. Press the ribs with both hands and fingers, rub the tissues on both sides of the waist, hold up the waist and abdomen, and gently shake it left and right.

6. Torsion method: Pinch the treatment site with the rib surface of thumb and the radial surface of index finger and twist it back and forth like a twist. Mostly used on the toes.

7. Rolling method: Hold an empty fist, place the interphalangeal joints near the index finger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger at the treatment site, and bend and extend the wrist joint slightly, so that the interphalangeal joints contacting the treatment site roll back and forth.

8. Kneading method: Hold the limbs with two palms and gently knead them back and forth quickly.

9. Wrapping method: the action is the same as that of Yizhichan massage, but the swinging speed is faster than Yizhichan massage, reaching about 200 times per minute.

10. Kneading method: Use your fingertips to exert force on a certain part or acupoint, and make gentle circular motion to drive the subcutaneous tissue there. Has the effects of regulating qi, relieving pain, promoting blood circulation and relieving swelling. Focusing on thenar or palmar root is called "palm kneading", and focusing on abdomen with fingers is called "finger kneading".

1 1. Wipe: Use the ventral or palmar thumb to cling to the body surface, and move slowly with a little force.

12, fingering: lightly brush the body surface with your fingers.

13, shaking method: hold or hold the joints with both hands, rotate and shake the limbs left and right, and walk slowly.
