1, keep exercising
I exercise for an hour every night, because I don't have time to run in the morning, so I do some simple exercises while watching TV at night. Such as cycling, push-ups and so on.
2. Eat only for 7 minutes at night.
At the end of the day's work, I am relaxed at night, and I will eat a lot before I know it. I always insist on eating only 7 minutes full, because there is not much exercise at night, and eating too much will lead to serious gastrointestinal burden and easy to get fat.
Step 3 soak your feet every night
Soaking feet is ignored by many people, but it has many benefits. There are many acupoints on the soles of your feet, and soaking your feet helps you sleep. If you are cold, you can put a few slices of ginger in the water. Ginger has the effect of eliminating dampness and expelling cold, which is especially good for female friends. Only enough sleep can make people refreshed the next day.
4. Eat more fruits and vegetables
Meat is delicious, but it should be matched with vegetables and fruits, so that the nutrition will be balanced and there will be no partial eclipse of malnutrition. Eating vegetables and fruits often will not lack vitamins and other nutrients, and women's skin will be moist and ruddy if they eat them often.
These are the things I insist on doing every day. Although humble, it is very effective. I suggest everyone try it.
